ALHAMBRA VALPARAISO OCIO Y CULTURA SL with NIF B18609719 provides the booking platform TOPFREETOUR.COM to visitors and providers of tourist services as part of an intermediary service. The contractual relationship is celebrated directly between the users of this booking platform and providers of tourist services. ALHAMBRA VALPARAISO OCIO Y CULTURA SL is not a contractual part with respect to the tourist services offered in this booking platform.


ALHAMBRA VALPARAISO OCIO Y CULTURA SL provides the website TOPFREETOUR.COM, (including all subsites and contents as well as texts, images, videos, services and published information, together called "Sitio web"). You can contact E TURISMO MEDIA by email ( info@topfreetour.com ).


Bookings made through the booking platform are subject to the General Conditions. Any use of the Sitio Web or part of it means that you have read and understood the Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy and being accepted subject to these Conditions.


It is essential to show the confirmation voucher (print or mobile phone) to our staff on the day of the visit. This voucher is valid as a receipt of payment.

1. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

 A.-Services / General visits (except Alhambra and Generalife and Royal Alcazares of Sevilla):


  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the time of service, will be refunded except € 8 for management expenses

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not have any refund.

  • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.

  • Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be requested in writing from your customer area.


B.- Visits to Alhambra and Generalife:


  1. 1. Private Visits Alhambra:
    • The amounts delivered for tickets and their management will not be refunded.

    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, will not have any refund.

    • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.

  2. 2. Daily visits in Group / Regular tour:
    • You will not be able to cancel or modify the visit once the purchase has been made.

    • In case of cancelation of the contracted service for a reason attributable to the organizing company the amounts charged will be immediately returned. There will be no additional compensation.

    • If the minimum number of participants in the guided tour is not reached we will refund the amount paid for the guided tour (total paid price - ticket price) and we will provide your ticket to access the monument.

    • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.

      • Alhambra guided visit/tour. Meeting point in the Alhambra in the MORNING.
      • Please note: the meeting time can be anytime from 08:15h to 12:00h. The visit will last 3 hours aprox.

      Alhambra guided visit/tour. Meeting point in the Alhambra in the AFTERNOON.
      • Please note: the meeting time will be around 14:00h aprox. The visit will last 3 hours aprox.
        • If the visit is between April 1 and October 14
      • Please note: the meeting time can be anytime from 14:00h to 16:30h. The visit will last 3 hours aprox.

  3. 3. Documentation and identification.
    • You must keep the entry during the entire itinerary. In case of loss you can not continue with the visit.
    • It is COMPULSORY totake your documentation (DNI/Passport) on the day of the visit. If the information provided does not match the visitor's, the Alhambra may prevent access to the monument.


C.- Royal Private Tours Alcazares of Seville:

    • ONCE THE VISIT IS CONFIRMED, THE AMOUNT OF THE ENTRY WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CONCEPT.

2. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

As established in Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to the right of withdrawal.


By registering for our visits, you fully accept the General Conditions and the content of what is published on this website, which are your commitment to us and ours with you.


In the event that the organizing company is forced to suspend the contracted service, the amounts charged will be immediately returned, offering customers the alternative dates available. No compensation shall be payable.


The information contained in this website, such as itineraries, schedules, are true at the time of publication of this website, any alteration or change since its publication, inaccuracy or variation cannot be considered as misleading advertising of the organizing company.


In case of any variation in any visit, this will be informed at the time of booking or at the beginning of the service, being the valid and definitive information provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit. Any of the places foreseen within the development of each visit, may be replaced by another of similar category or characteristics, if special circumstances or force majeure forces us to do so.


The abandonment or separation of the group during the visit, for reasons not attributable to the Organization, entails the loss of any claim right.


On regular visits, if there is no possibility of making a group in one language, sometimes the visit could be in two languages.


Please note that visits that require transportation may take a few minutes due to traffic.


This company as well as the collaborating companies, are not responsible for the expectations that could originate in the accesses of the monuments to visit, or for the organization and / or internal management of the monument.


If you contract with us for the rental of audio-receiver systems (bookyouraudio), in case of loss of any of the equipment, you will have to pay 45 € for each receiver and 5 € for each headset.


For any issue arising from the interpretation or application of the conditions contained in this website and for compliance with the obligations arising from the acceptance thereof, both the client and the organizing company submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the city where the service is developed, renouncing any other jurisdiction.
